Schedule through email at email@example.com. Free classes are for first-timers only and you must show a local ID.
Use our schedule and the Mindbody app to create an account to book a class of your choice. Please show up 15 minutes early to your scheduled class, bring water, and a towel. You must be 18 to fill out our waiver or a parent must be with you to fill it out. Kids coming in for free class must be accompanied by a parent.
Our memberships include monthly packages and unlimited adult classes with open gym time! Yes, open gym time! Come in and run on the treadmill or work through your own weight lifting program. If you are interested in our Paid In Full pricing, schedule a free class or send us an email.
