Although BJJ can seem very intimating and uncomfortable, Coach John believes in making training welcoming and fun. Because when you have fun, you will keep going and won’t give up.

With 2 seconds left on the clock, get in that additional 3 strike combination or when you reach your 10th rep, do one more rep. Coach Vance’s energy will make sure each day your limits are pushed a little further.
